Education Manager, Laura McCann, will be conducting a training for any adult 18+ interested in being a volunteer field trip guide for elementary school aged children. Field trips are Tuesdays and Thursdays during the school year, and you can volunteer as much or as little as fits your schedule! If you love the outdoors and working with kids, this activity is perfect for you. We will provide all the information you need about our Whitfield Wildlife Conservation Area and the plants and animals who live there… Bring your enthusiasm and a sack lunch for a picnic in the conservation area! *All volunteers will need to have a background check after training and before working with children.
